YOU CANNOT CANCEL A ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
If upon arrival the item is wrong or damaged, please contact us immediately within the first 24 hrs of you receiving the items (WITHOUT USING THEM), so that we can rectify the situation, and would be more than happy to resolve the issue.
Here are the steps you should take:
- Do not use the item. If it shows any wear or signs of use then that means you are satisfied with what you received
- Contact customer service immediately once you have received the items, within the first 24 hrs.
- Send in photos of the damages or wrong item received
- Send us a copy of the confirmation #
- Send us the items back for inspection
Once you have completed ALL of these steps, we will resolve as soon as possible.
