I received the wrong order, what do I do?
♥ Please do not open the package if the product isn't what you ordered. Check the box to read what We will pay to have you ship it back to us and we will send you the correct item and compensate you for the delay.
Why did I receive half of my order?
♥ If you placed more than one order, they will arrive in different packaging due to the rules of weight packaging with the post office.
How long is processing?
♥ Orders may take up to 3-6 business days to process.
♥ Sales/Holiday orders may take up to 3-10 business days to process.
♥ Any purchase made after 5pm EST will begin processing on the next business day.
♥ Business days include Monday-Friday
How long is shipping?
♥ United States shipping time is 5-15 business days.
♥ International shipping time is 7-20 business days.
How do i track my package?

Can I cancel my order?
♥ Once an order is made, you have UP TO 24 hours to cancel before we begin to process to ship.
Can we return or exchange our product?
♥ No, we do not accept any returns or any exchanges.
♥ All orders are final sale and due to COVID-19 we are not receiving any returns.
ROSEMANTIC LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delay or mistakes with the post office and or shipping company once order is shipped off. We are also not responsible for ANY LOST or STOLEN package(s) .
